- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details, not your full card number.
- Usage data: basic analytics and session information to improve the site (see cookies and analytics below).
3. How we use it
- To create and deliver your custom song.
- To send transactional emails about your order.
- With your consent, to send marketing or abandoned-order reminders, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
4. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data needed with vendors that help us run the service. These include providers for AI text and music generation, payment processing, email delivery, database hosting, file storage, and analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
- AI generation: to write lyrics and produce the song from your brief.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Supabase: secure database hosting for your order.
- Cloudflare R2 or S3: storage of your audio files.
- Klaviyo and Microsoft Clarity: email capture and product analytics.
5. Cookies and analytics
