Love it or your money back

We advertise a money-back guarantee, and we mean it. If your finished song does not feel right, we will work to fix it, and if we still cannot make you happy, we will refund you.

One free revision included

Most concerns are solved with a revision. Every order includes one free revision. From your song page, tell us what is off - a name to fix, a detail to add, a different feel - and we will rewrite the lyrics for you to approve first, then produce your new song. That way you get to check the words before the new version is made.

Need more than one change? Just reply to your song email and we will help - we are reasonable, and our goal is a song you love.

How to request a refund

• Email support@hummingotter.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order link or the email address you ordered with.
• Tell us briefly what did not work, so we can improve and, if needed, refund you.

What is covered

The base custom song is covered by the money-back guarantee. If we cannot deliver a song you are happy with after a reasonable revision, you get your money back for it.

Some limits

• Physical add-ons that have already been produced and shipped (such as a printed lyric card) may not be refundable once in production.
• Refunds do not apply where a request breaks our Terms of Service.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
