2. What we provide

You share a brief about a person and an occasion. We use it to create an original set of lyrics and a produced song, delivered as a private link. A short preview is generated before payment so you can hear the direction before you buy.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only details you have the right to share.
• Do not request content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not submit another person's private information without a lawful basis to do so.
• You are responsible for how you use and share the song we deliver.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

The base price and any add-ons are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Add-ons such as a full-length version, an instrumental, express delivery, a printed lyric card, or a lyric video are optional and priced separately at checkout.

5. Delivery

Most songs are delivered within 24 hours. Express delivery, when purchased, targets a shorter window. Delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by demand or technical issues outside our control.

6. Revisions and refunds

We want you to love your song. Our refund and money-back guarantee terms are described on our Refund policy page and form part of these terms.

7. Ownership and license

When your song is delivered and paid for, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes such as gifting, playing, and sharing it privately. Because the song is generated with AI, it may not be eligible for copyright protection, and we make no claim that you receive exclusive copyright in it. See the AI disclosure for more.

We retain ownership of our website, templates, and underlying technology.

8. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your story and your song are private to you and are not sold or published by us.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
